Sister Laura Swan, from Saint Placid Priory, writes: “I was repairing diaries damaged in our great flood of 2019 when I encountered these photos, taken September 1966. Sisters Jose, Josue, and Mother Richarda visited our new priory on their way to the “Orient” and several photos at the site of the Formosa (now Taiwan) mission. The orphanage is now their retreat house.
